TO INFINITIVE

rumus:
S + To + V1

-to infinitive is a verb proceeded by 'to'
-used in condition that

1) a verb comes after an causative object
- he asked me to clean the floor
- i want her to take the job
2) a verb comes after question word functional as a noun clause
- he wanted to know what to do
- she never knows how to manage her money
3) a verb comes after these following words
-agree
-attemp
-claim
-decide
-demand
-offer
-pretend
-desire
-fail
-forget
-hesitate
-plan
-refuse
-hope
-need
-intent
-learn
-prepare
-seem
-setrive
-tend
-want
-try
-wish
-expect
-suppose

ex:
- i decide to take the job
- she pretend to be a model
- he hoped to get the job
4) a verb comes after these following adjective:
-dificult
-dangerous
-anxious
-boring
-good
-glad
-happy
-ready
-pleased
-prepared
-able
-usual
-commont
-wrong

ex:
- it is dangerous to swim in the river
- i am happy to see you in the party
- i was ready to finish the job
-they were anxlous to see your perfomance in the stage

NOTE:
These following words have different meaning if followed by gerund and to infinitive

-require

ex:
- i stop driving fast
- i stop to driving fast
ex:

4) she needs to preparation uniform for tomorrow
